Barnacle Electronics excludes to the fullest extent permitted by law all liability for any claims, penalties, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site or from any unauthorised access to or alteration of the site.

This site is established in the United Kingdom.  Scottish law governs these Terms and Conditions and your use of this site.  By accessing this site you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts in relation to any claim or dispute arising out of or connected with your use of the site.

Ordering

Payment for standard items illustrated on this website should be made at the time of ordering. Payment should be by cheque made payable to Barnacle Electronics, and must be in Pounds Sterling. Standard items will be dispatched within seven days, unless out of stock in which case notification of due dates will be made accordingly.

For specialist services and solutions company purchase orders may be accepted by mutual agreement. Payment of invoices against company purchase orders may be made by BACS transfer or by cheque and must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.  The invoice will normally be issued on completion of the specified work.

Delivery

Prices are exclusive of carriage, however prices for standard delivery within the UK are indicated with the product prices.  Costs for carriage outwith the United Kingdom can be obtained on request.  Barnacle Electronics takes every effort to ensure the safe arrival of goods in satisfactory condition.  Items found to be damaged or faulty on arrival should be returned to Barnacle Electronics within seven days of receipt, stating the nature of the defect and the invoice number.
